About Our Clinics

These clinics are designed to push you to the next level of your game regardless of your skill level. Whether you’re the stud on your high school team or a kindergartner just picking up the game our staff are experts at adapting to any skill level and able to handle multiple skill levels at the same time. Our drills are designed to push the individual at their own rate and are not dependent on the skill of the group.

Low player to coach ratio, 10 to 1, assures personal attention and a maximum class size of 20 assures high reps.

New Format!

*All clinics will end with a 15-20 minute scrimmage to implement skills and concepts taught in the first 40-45 minutes of the clinic.*

K-6th grade curriculum with cover all positions and fundamentals imperative to excelling at those positions.
7th grade – high school we will break out into two groups, 12 offensive players and 8 defensive players.

Offensive clinics will encompass

Dodging – Good dodgers aren’t just born that way, if they were you’d see every winter track star throwing on a helmet in the spring. They understand the importance on consolidated footwork, deception, change of cadence, stick protection, where to start from, where they want to end up and how to get to there.

Shooting – Quiet and efficient stick paths create muscle memory and consistency to create accuracy. Inside finishes and outside shots require deception and pin point accuracy. This class will increase your back of the net %.

Stick skills – fundamentals are a constant and can never be perfected. No matter how good your stick is it can always be better and a better stick makes the game easier. We will use a variety of new school, competitive stick skill drills that replicate real game situations to improve your game while having fun.

Motion concepts – Read and react lacrosse is all about moving without the ball, whether you are clearing space for a dodger, setting a pick or crashing the backside pipe, you cannot be a successful player without understanding off ball concepts.

Defensive clinics will encompass

Approach and Footwork – Approach angles, Stick positioning, Pressure vs non-pressured D. Come learn how to slow the game down, dictate what your offensive player will do and become a lockdown defender on and off ball.
