The custom-built indoor HGR facility features an 80×50 yd field exclusively lined for lacrosse.  Email Info@hgrlacrosse.com to inquire about full or half field rentals.

Meet our team of head coaches

Bryan Brazill

Founder and President

Coach Brazill is the founder of Home Grown Lacrosse and Head Coach at Andover High School. As offensive coordinator at Merrimack College (2006, 2012–2019), he helped guide the program to five straight Final Fours, three consecutive national championship appearances, and back-to-back national titles in 2018 and 2019. He was named the 2018 IMLCA Outstanding Assistant Coach of the Year. Brazill was also head coach at Haverhill High for four years, where he earned MVC Coach of the Year honors.

A lifelong player and passionate student of the game, Brazill has competed around the world in Australia, Hawaii, and California. He captained the 2005 Merrimack team, ranked among the nation’s top ten in points as a junior and senior, and was later drafted by the Boston Cannons. He founded Home Grown Lacrosse (now HGR) in 2005.

Partner and Vice President

Coach Smyth was previously the Head Coach at Austin Prep, where he led the team to the 2018 State Division 3 North Championship. A standout player at Austin Prep, he was a two-year captain and remains the program’s all-time points leader. He went on to play at Nichols College as a four-year starter, two-year captain, and 100-goal scorer. Smyth’s coaching career includes head coach roles at Austin Prep (CCL Coach of the Year) and assistant positions at Haverhill and North Andover High Schools. He also played professionally for the Rhode Island Kingfish of the NALL. Pete is now the offensive coordinator at Billerica Memorial High School. And he took home a state championship this spring.

Kristy Roberston

Kristy Robertson

Girls Program Director

Coach Robertson is the Girls Program Director at HGR and an assistant coach at Endicott College since 2017. She was also a volunteer assistant at Haverhill High for three years. A Haverhill High School alum and four-year varsity player, she graduated as the program’s all-time leading goal scorer. Robertson played Division I at UMass Lowell, where she was a two-time captain and earned her degree with honors in 2017.

Boys Development Director

Coach Corcoran has been coaching at HGR’s since 2018. A standout at Merrimack College, he was a two-time captain, 1st Team All-American in 2016, 2nd Team All-American in 2015, and a DII Player of the Year nominee. Corcoran played professionally for the New York Lizards before being traded to the Boston Cannons, where he won the 2020 MLL Championship. A graduate of Austin Prep, he was a two-time captain, CCL MVP, and two-time Boston Globe All-Scholastic. He is entering his third year as the Head Coach of Westford Academy.

Rowland Dudney

Soccer Foot Skills Director

Coach Dudney leads HGR’s Soccer Foot Skills Program, which he founded in 2012, and also serves as the Coaching Director for North Andover Soccer. Originally from England, he holds a NSCAA Advanced National License, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, and a USSF “C” License. Dudney has coached all levels – from town leagues to Olympic Development – for both boys and girls, and is a former part-time instructor for Mass Youth Soccer Association.
