Boys and Girls Lacrosse

HGR’s group lacrosse clinics are designed to push every player to the next level, no matter where they’re starting. Our experienced staff tailors instruction to each athlete, ensuring players are challenged at their own pace. With focused drills and personal attention, we help every participant build skills, confidence, and a stronger game.

All players should bring their equipment with them onto the fields. 

  • Boys: Cleats or turfs, full pads, stick, helmet, cup, and mouthguard

  • Girls: Cleats or turfs, stick, goggles, and mouthguard
