Youth and High School

  • Two dedicated coaches per team – Seasoned pros stay with the same team all season
  • 2x weekly practice – 12 Summer sessions, 10 Fall sessions

  • Specialty position coaching – Position-specific weekly clinics for goalies and FOGO

High School Only: Personal Placement Plans

Individualized recruiting guidance from Scott Corcoran, Peter Smyth and/or Bryan Brazill, which includes:

  • Customized plans based on your game and recruiting goals with ongoing support to ensure success, from your first meeting through NLI signing senior year.
  • Access to HGR’s longstanding relationships and extensive network of the country’s best college lacrosse programs.
  • Professional filming – Every team is filmed at 2 of 3 tournaments for all games, providing footage to families that can be leveraged for recruiting highlight reels.
  • Highlight reels support – Film review, feedback, and edit suggestions to showcase your best game.
  • Sports Recruits account – Complimentary annual membership ($250–$1,000 value).

Meet Our Coaches

Bryan Brazill
Bryan BrazillFounder and President
Coach Brazill is the founder of Home Grown Lacrosse and Head Coach at Andover High School. He was also head coach at Haverhill High for four years, where he earned MVC Coach of the Year honors.
Pete Smyth
Pete SmythPartner and Vice President
Coach Smyth’s coaching career includes head coach roles at Austin Prep (CCL Coach of the Year) and assistant positions at Haverhill and North Andover High Schools. He is the offensive coordinator at Billerica Memorial High School.
Scott Corcoran
Scott CorcoranBoys Development Director
Coach Corcoran has been coaching at HGR’s since 2018. He was two-time captain at Merrimack College, and went on to play professionally. He is also the Head Coach of Westford Academy.
