100% of ALL Profits Will be Donated

Thanks to everyone for making our 2024 ReLax 5K such a success. We raised over $10,000! All profits will be donated to lacrosse programs in less privileged communities throughout Massachusetts as well as charitable lacrosse organizations such as Harlem Lacrosse and Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse.

Congrats to Lawrence Dear, who won $1,000 for the Oliver Ames HS Lacrosse Program in Easton, MA. He came in 1st overall with a time of 18:50.8. Incredible!!

T-Shirts and Prizes

The top high school finisher will receive a $1,000 donation to their high school lacrosse team.
The first 100 registrants will receive a Re-Lax 5k lacrosse t-shirt with Re-Lax Logo.
The top time for each male and female finisher will receive medals in the following divisions
- Elementary School, Middle School, 18-29, 30-39, 40+

What's the Deal?

It’s no secret that lacrosse is more prevalent in affluent communities. However, this is not a rich white man’s sport, it was given to the lacrosse community by the native Americans. The natives believe it to be a deeply spiritual and sacred game, so much so that they refer to it as The Creator’s Game.

This race is all about giving back to the sport we love. 100% of all profits will be given to less fortunate lacrosse communities, and programs that serve them such as Harlem Lacrosse and Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse.

The sport of lacrosse has given so much to everyone who works at HGR, it is our goal to spread this great game to as many as we can.

The normal 5k stuff you’ve come to expect, port-a-johns, water and snacks, the silly bibs that we still have to safety pin on our shirts… we’ll have it all.

Walkers, dogs on leashes, and strollers are all welcome and encouraged!

Course:

Starts at HGR parking lot, 400 Osgood Street, North Andover
Left onto Osgood Street
Left into NAHS entrance road and uturn shortly after the tennis courts
Left and back onto Osgood Street
Right onto Stevens Street
Left onto Great Pond Road
Left onto Pleasant Street
Right onto Stevens Street
Left onto Harkaway Road
Straight and finish at HGR

Parking & Registration

Parking is available at the North Andover High School parking lots.

Registration will begin at 9:45 am in the HGR Lacrosse parking lot at 400 Osgood Street.

Day of registrations – Register by cash, check, or Venmo only. Pre-registered runners please check in at the table to receive your race packet.
