All practices will be held at HGR, with two tournaments in CT.

- Short Sticks Only
- Rib and Bicep Pads Required
- Box goalie equipment provided
We will have a coaching staff full of former professional box players who will be teaching the fundamentals and advanced concepts of the box game. This will help evolve your outdoor field game on EVERY LEVEL.

Included in the cost is a uniform, practices, and tournament fees.
Please share this with anyone you know would be interested, they do not need to be part of the HGR program to play for Raptors.
