Peter Smyth, who has been with HGR for 17 years (starting as an intern when he was at Nichols), has been named as a partner in the company. Peter has played an integral role in the growth and success of HGR over the years. Coach Bryan said, “Pete’s grown the business more than anybody and meant more to HGR than we ever could have imagined. I can’t say enough good things about him. There were several times when we would not have taken HGR in the direction we did if it weren’t for him. And there were several times when he talked me out of moves that would have been the wrong direction. He’s just got a tireless work ethic, and he’s always treated the business like it’s his own.”
